For instance, the vehicles, accessories and prices displayed may no longer be available. Further, we and our dealers may, for any reason, introduce any changes that we deem necessary. PRIVACY POLICY 
We respect your privacy. Toyota New Zealand Limited retains the personal information you provide when you communicate with us about or purchase one of our products or services. If you call, email or write to us, we keep a record of that correspondence. 

We also collect personal information about vehicle owners that is publicly available on the Motor Vehicle Register. 

Your details are held by Toyota New Zealand Limited to enable us, Toyota Finance New Zealand Limited and our authorised Toyota, Lexus and Daihatsu dealers to communicate with you about Toyota, Daihatsu and Lexus products and services. For instance, this may include:

• responding to your requests and enquiries
• providing you with information about Toyota, Daihatsu and Lexus products and services. This includes finance, warranty, safety, and product maintenance information, as well as promotional material.
• market research and surveys
• When you call our Customer Dialogue Centre, we record the call for staff training purposes, and to ensure that we have an accurate record of the call so that we can respond to your needs and in case of any dispute.

The references above to "we", "us" and "our" are references to Toyota New Zealand Limited, Toyota Financial Services Limited, Daihatsu and Lexus. References to "dealers" or "your dealer" are references to the authorised dealers of any of those companies.

Loan Vehicle  - Terms and Conditions
(Driver Responsibility)

 The Health & Safety in Employment Act requires us to confirm that our customers driving our loan vehicles are able to safely operate the vehicle we are loaning to them. We have made every effort to ensure our vehicles are provided and maintained in a condition safe for its intended use. As the driver you are responsible for your own safety and that of the passengers when driving the vehicle. We will provide a vehicle for your use on the understanding that:

• You hold a current New Zealand driver’s license;
• You are fit to drive the vehicle in a safe and lawful manner; 
• You will drive the vehicle in a safe and legal manner and in accordance with the applicable operating manuals; 
• You will take into account the road conditions on the day;
•  You will comply with any specific safety instructions given by us including the wearing of seatbelts of the driver and passengers; 
• You will accept responsibility for parking vehicles in a safe manner; 
• You accept that any navigation system fitted to the vehicle is no substitute for your personal judgement as driver, and that before following any instruction from the navigation system that you will ensure the instruction can be followed safely and legally; 
• You will comply with the terms of the navigation data (DVD-ROM) license agreement included in the operating manual for the system provided with the vehicle; 
• You accept that we makes no warranties regarding the navigation system and in particular we do not promise that the navigation system will operate continuously or without error; 
• To the extent permitted by law, that Blenheim Toyota is not liable to any person, including you or any passenger for any loss, damage, liability, cost or expense incurred through the use of the vehicle, including any navigation system; 
• You or your passengers will not smoke in the vehicle.
