He enjoys working alongside his family members and working with a strong brand. Scotty likes the fact that Blenheim Toyota is situated in a small community as it allows for him to have that important interaction with new and loyal customers

Craig McDermid | Customer Relations Manager

Blenheim Toyota was started 20 years ago, opening its doors in July 1990 however much has changed since that time. Originally operating from 2 separate sites the business was condensed onto the current Main street site during 1991, and has expanded over the years to what customers experience today with the recent complete redevelopment of site and buildings.

Richard Waddington | Service & Parts Manager

Richard has 46 years experience in the motor industry. He started his automotive career in Lower Hutt as an apprentice mechanic. He has been working in Toyota dealerships for 22 years and the last 15 years have been with Blenheim Toyota. Richard enjoys motor racing and sailing around the sounds in his spare time.

Kyle Butt | Service Advisior

Kyle first started as a Service Technician at Blenheim Toyota in 2002. He has briefly worked in our Parts Department and is currently our Service Advisor. Kyle enjoys Motor Bike riding and working on his family farm in his spare time.

Christine Roberts | Service Receptionist

Christine is our newly appointed Service Receptionist here at Blenheim Toyota. After emigrating from the UK 8 years ago Christine has worked mainly in the tourism sector and brings along exceptional customer service skills. In her spare time Christine enjoys walking, the outdoors and spending time with her family.

Rhys Bibby | Parts Senior

Rhys joined Blenheim Toyota Parts Department in 2008 after living and working in the U.K for two years. He was born in South Africa and is a Springbok supporter and previously worked selling Tractor parts down south. In his spare time Rhys is at home with his wife and baby.

Murray Herd | Retail Trade enquiries

Murray joined the Toyota team in May 1977. He finds the job sometimes challenging as there is a lot of variances in models and specifications of vehicles. Because these vehicles are forever changing it makes it very interesting. In Murray’s spare time he enjoys radio controlled model aircraft and photography.

Rhyanna Culley | Trade Enquiries

Rhyanna has recently joined us from Repco where she was a duty manager and had been there for three years. She is looking forward to the new challenges that will come her way in the Parts Department. Rhyanna enjoys baking, fishing and finishing things around the new house.

Service Technicians | Technicians

We have 4 Service Technicians and 2 apprentice technicians currently in our Service Department. Members of the team regularly travel to Palmerston North to Toyota’s Training Centre, so they can keep up to speed with the latest technology. The Service team not only work on vehicles locally, but have been known to fly into D’urville Island to carry out repairs on vehicles. The staff have a wide range of interest from snowboarding, playing squash and motor racing.

Paul Davis | Panel Manager

Paul is part of the team that welcomes you when you enter our Toyota Panel & Paint Shop. With Paul having previously been a Panel Beater he understands what’s involved which allows him to have a greater over view and product knowledge.

Bel Findlay | Panel Receptionist

Bel is part of the team that welcomes you when you enter our Toyota Panel & Paint Shop. Bel co-ordinates the front desk and helps try to make the insurance process a smooth and efficient experience for both customer and Blenheim Toyota.

Panel Team Members | Panel Beaters & Spray Painters

Our Panel & Paint Department team consists of Paul & Bel who arrange the insurance work to be carried out, 5 Panel beaters and 3 Spray Painters. With this small but strong team we have satisfied many customers with the work that has been completed. The Blenheim Toyota Panel Department situated on Park Terrace and has been operating for 20 years continues to be a very successful and busy Department as it has been for many years.

The Panel Shop is an approved IAG gold shop and authorised Structural repair centre and member of the CRA.

Rachel Heywood | Administration Manager

Rachel joined Blenheim Toyota in August 2009. Prior to working here, Rachel worked in the real estate & hospitality industries. She loves the challenge of her job. Her interests include cooking, travelling and spending time with family and friends.

Tracy Mortimer | Accounts Administrator

Tracy has been working with Blenheim Toyota since they first started trading in 1990, leaving at times to have her three children. Her interests include spending time with her family and attending their sports and cheering on the NZ warriors.

Lauren Anson | Administrator and Receptionist

Lauren joined the team at Blenheim Toyota in October 2011, returning back to Blenheim after spending the last few years in Auckland and Nelson. Lauren enjoys the variety of work her role provides and has learnt a lot about why Toyota is a leading car brand. The main interest of Lauren’s currently is that of travelling and experiencing what other countries have to offer whenever she can.
